"Four star and it kind of bleeds through. Spotty, poor quality WiFi. Every video call was dropped at dome point. Was on the 14th floor. Called to complain and got the “it isn’t us answer. Room are clean and modern. Restaurant is good. End conclusion, could be a good choice if it had better WiFi."

"It's a great place but I had to take a star off because of the noise. The heater makes a very loud noise when it turns on and I can hear everything they're talking about in the room next door, even though I'm a heavy sleeper I couldn't sleep. But the hotel is beautiful, the staff are excellent and the room was super clean."

"This hotel was perfect for a quick vacation trip to Chicago. The staff was friendly and approachable, and they were happy to check us in early since we arrived hours before the scheduled time.
