"We enjoyed staying at Prince’s Gate Hotel. The on-site hot springs with three pools in the hotel garden were the best treat. We had a one-bedroom apartment for the two of us, which felt quite spacious, although the kitchen facility was bare minimum. "The hotel facilities were nice. The private hot tub on the patio was amazing. We were so happy we chose the room we did. Our mini fridge didn't work and when we told the employee at the front desk, he actually just shrugged his shoulders and didn't respond. We mentioned we had purchased food items because we expected to have the fridge. And he didn't respond. So our food spoiled and our plans for having a few things in our room were ruined. "This was nice place on Lake Rotorua, convenient to sites. There is a bug problem at sunset. Nice park at the end of the rosd with trails along the lake."
