"We came for a family trip with a family of 6. We got a connecting rooms. Staff was delightful and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our key card and they were helpful and took care of it promptly. Loved the breakfast! Lots of choices. They had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in shower. Would stay again on next trip! "

"I made a last minute flight change and had to stay near the airport. The Hyatt Place Minneapolis Airport was very close. Also, shuttle service to nearby restaurants and Mall of America made my stay much more pleasant. Great place to stay if you're flying in or out of MSP."

"The staff was AMAZING! The room was decent. The water pressure wasn’t the best, our shower had not been cleaned properly. The bed was way too soft, the pillows were rock hard. The bar had 1 person working, the restaurant wasn’t open/available. In the morning the breakfast buffet had a selection of food items."
