Excellent guest hous. Succefull location - 20 min on foot to Colliseum, 25 min on foot to the shuttle to airport. There were all what i needed - shower in my room, hair drier, iron, clean towels. About cleaning: you won`t see no one dirty corners in this house,everything very clean.In general it is nice, comfortable, cozy place. House`s owner very nurturing, he does best that you leave satisfied.

Great accommodation in a very good location for excursions around Rome. The operator Alberto is very willing to communicate well and to advise when asked. Upon arrival, everything will explain and give you the types of points of interest.

We spend spend two nights at Termini gold. The main advantage is Alberto: honest (for instance he warn us in advance that the room is pretty small with an open shower and thus suitable only for couple), responsive and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Indeed small but we knew it, and still it was ok for a couple and for two days. Thanks !

Paikan omistaja oli mahtava ja ystävällinen tyyppi, myös huumorintajuinen. Kaikki hoitui ilman ongelmia ja paikka ajoi asiansa hyvin. Keskusta oli kävelymatkan päässä. Positiivinen fiilis jäi vierailusta. Mikäli ei kaipaa luxusta, vaan katon pään päälle riittävän läheltä nähtävyyksiä ja ravintoloita jne. ja edulliseen hintaan, on tämä hyvä vaihtoehto.

Bed & Breakfast Termini Gold on loistava paikka yöpyä! Isäntä Alberto oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias sekä puhui hyvää englantia. Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti, puhdas ja viihtyisä. Aamupalakin italialaisittain kohtalaisen hyvä. Saimme huoneiston toisesta kohteesta minkä alunperin varasimme ja paikka oli vielä rauhallisemmassa ympäristössä kuin alkuperäinen kohteemme! Paikasta oli lyhyt matka metroon ja kävelymatka esim. Colosseumille. Voimme suositella lämpimästi.

Location was excellent. Various good restaurants nearby. It was very easy to communicate with Antonio, his B&B was kept very clean, in a safe location. The room I stayed in was very spacious. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Rome!

Great place, great location
The unit is in a newly restored small apartment with a kitchen/dining area shared by two rooms. Everything was neat, clean and comfortable. Alberto greeted us and got us settled - helped with information, directions, ordering a car for airport return. The AC/Heat worked - this may be a strange comment, but in many places the AC or heat is turned off at a specific date no matter the actual temperatures but rather a calendar time. The location is a very short walk to Metro and easy getting about from there, so you have a quiet residential area with ease to the crowds. Several very nice restaurants a couple blocks away that are out of the tourist circuit - good food, service, good price. We were very comfortable .

O anfitrião Alberto é uma pessoa fantástica, sempre antenciosa e disposto a ajudar! O local fica bem perto do metrô (Manzoni) e cerca de 10 min de caminha do coliseu! Como o metrô e perto te da acesso a praticamente todos os pontos turísticos de Roma! Preço compensa muito!

管理してる人はいい人
1人旅行で使用させて頂いたが、ほとんど問題はなかった。 あえて言えば、部屋がチェックインするオフィスと別なので部屋自体はテルミニ駅の近くではない。メトロで2駅の所にあるので注意が必要。

Excelente
Está muy bien localizado, a 10 minutos caminando del Coliseo y en autobús menos de 5. El metro queda a 5 minutos y así te desplazas fácilmente a cualquier lugar de Roma. Las instalaciones del B&B son nuevas, limpias y cómodas. Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa. El desayuno es como cualquier desayuno europeo, croissant, tostadas, cereal, café o té. Cabe destacar que NO nos quedamos en Termini Gold y el dueño nos desplazó a otro B&B a unas cuadras del que se anuncia aquí.

LOVED this place!!
We loved our stay here at the B&B. Just a 15 minute walk from Termini Station which is great if you're making connections through Rome. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The host was very hospitable and really gives a lot of effort to make this B&B a really nice place with lots of home-like touches, like the breakfast selections and all the useful tourist info. The air conditioner worked great and the host provided shampoo and everything else we might need. We would 100% return here.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good and complete. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He was us good advices. The beds were confortables and the air conditioning was really appreciated. The location is great; grocery nearby, termini station 15 min walk and 7 min walk from a metro station. I would highly recommend.

Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt, es war genau die richtige Wahl. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber und komfortabel. Der Service absolut spitze und aufmerksam. Herzlichen Dank an Alberto! Frühstück für uns völlig ausreichend. In der Nähe Supermarkt und Restaurants. Durch nahe gelegene Metrostation gelangt man überall hin.
