This is definitely more of an air b & b. Not a hotel. That said it was perfect for what we needed. Room had everything we needed and was nice. Breakfast was not great, basically Melba toast and jam and there was no milk or sugar for coffee, which was all self service in the shared kitchen area . But fantastic location, just outside Vatican and great gluten free bakery 2 streets away. Perfect for what we needed. Never saw owner or anyone else whole stay ! Even checked ourselves out via WhatsApp communications with owner! But least we could leave bags in kitchen until pick up for airport ( taxi in Street 2 mins away) and then just leave keys behind. It is a 2 bedroom with en suite, and shared kitchen area , within a residential block of flats basically.

Kein Zutritt zum Zimmer morgens um 02:00 Uhr!
Zimmer ist zentral gelegen. Sauber. Frühstück selber organisiert. Nach der Nachtschwärmerei kam man morgens um 02:00 Uhr nicht mehr zum Zimmer. Die Türe war mit einer Kette versehen, so das man nicht mehr in die Wohnung gelangte. Um diese Uhrzeit in Rom nach einer Übernachtung zu suchen, ist nicht einfach! Obwohl durch Klopfen und Klingel hat sich niemand angesprochen gefühlt! Die Vermieterin wohnt nicht im selben Gebäude. Bei der nächsten Buchung unbedingt schauen, das die Verriegelung eine andere Lösung hermacht. Also, es wird wieder in einem Hotel gebucht, welche mir auch morgens um 02:00 Uhr noch ein Bett anbietet. Bin nicht bereit nochmals eine schlaflose Nacht zu „buchen“! Ich kann es so nicht weiterempfehlen, vor allem, das man nicht auf sein Zimmer kommt, bei dieser Vorrichtung.
