"Basic hotel, the room was clean and in reasonable repair. The staff are helpful but nobody doing anything exceptional. Breakfast was good. Biggest problem was the noise. "I enjoyed my stay but I was surprised no phone in the room. House Keeping cleans the room they should replenish the water bottle. Your carpets in the hallway are very soiled and dirty. The hotel needs some improvements."

"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."
