There were things in our room and around the resort that weren’t great…no bulb in lamp, not always getting clean towels, strong odor in bathroom at times. Several taps not functioning in bathrooms, some restaurants closed on some days. Shuttle to towns not running unless minimum amount of people booking."

"Unbelievably clean grounds. Beautiful landscaping. Could always find a lounge chair at pool or beach. Very friendly staff that remembered us and made it feel like home. Walking along the beach, the other resorts nearby aren’t as well kept or luxurious. Wish they had 1-2 more restaurant options. "
