The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, the rooms were spotless (they even cleaned them twice a day!), and the food options were fantastic—surprisingly varied for the size of the resort. The entertainment was also a lot of fun. My only note is that it feels more like a couples’ resort than one for a girls’ trip, but regardless, we had an amazing time and I would definitely return! "

"This resort is magical. It really has something for everyone. We enjoyed onsite Mayan Ruins, snorkeled in a Cenote outside our room, pools, waterpark, rescue animals, wild animals like monkeys, coatis, and cats wandering in front of you, and top it off with all inclusive food and drinks! Things we saw but didn't do- Segway rentals, bikes, tennis courts, kayaks, paddleboards, and Kids Club. But that is only because we ran out of time exploring and enjoying ourselves. "The property is beautiful. I have one suggestion when the lobby is upgraded. I really enjoy my day at the Royalton. Everyone was friendly and accommodating Fortunately, Allen was not as clean as it had to sweep and mop the floor, Also, there was a leak in the top. I did not get to enjoy the tub in my room.
