"Quick overnight. Very kind staff, front desk staff spoke impeccable English. Know rooms with two beds in italy tend to mean one is a pull out couch. There wasn't any soap in the shower and our shower head was broken. Clearly that restaurant is amazing, drew a massive crowd but we had plans elsewhere. "If you are looking for a way you to experience Venice but not spend a ton on a hotel this could be a great option for you. Staying on the mainland made our trip over £800 cheaper and as it was our mini-moon for directly after our wedding that's exactly what we needed. The bus stops right outside the hotel and takes your directly to Venice for €8 return. It takes around 40 minutes but is very convenient. The €4 breakfast is also well worth it. "
