"SUPER recommend staying here for a cheap option in Chicago! As a solo female traveler I stayed in the single room w/attached half-bath. It was clean and quiet and I felt totally safe. There's even free breakfast here! It is about a 12-min walk from the Fullerton station (Red, Brown, and Purple lines), which is a bit far out of the city center, but the location is more than worth it for the price."

"The building next to the hostel is abandoned and there are some homeless people sleeping there but it isn’t too bad. I was traveling alone and I didn’t feel unsafe. The lockers in the rooms don’t have locks so you have to take yours or buy one there in the front desk ($8). You can leave your bags there before checking in for free. I stayed only for one night but it was pretty good. I recommend it. "

"I've stayed here before so I was glad to see the experience was just as great the second time around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in a bit earlier than expected, and was able to get a later check out time with a fee. The apartment and building is clean and easily accessible, with so many surrounding restaurants and cafes. I had a test of multiple food all within a ten minute walking distance. I will definitely stay here again in a future visit."

"The property arranged an early check in for me when I arrived sick. They were super accommodating getting us into our room early. The apartment was very comfortable and had more than enough space for the three of us. Being just a block off the green and pink line trains also helped."
