"Stayed here twice before. Nice hotel with parking included and easy self check in. Unfortunately room was boiling on arrival. No climate control so had to turn off radiator, open window & use room fan. Also there was long hair strands found around the bedroom & on the bed also on bathroom floor, which were definitely not ours and it is not very nice to see as proves room was not cleaned properly. Wasn’t asked when leaving if everything wa okay with my stay"

My only problem was how cold it was in reception, dining area, corridors etc. They seemed to have the AC blowing out freezing cold air and had the radiators on.
