The staff are so helpful, we enjoyed our stay. We couldn't speak portuguese but the always found us someone to speak english or spanish. The area around is relatively safe, but not soo comfortable to walk at night, as there are homeless people. Front desk werre always helpful in getting us taxis. Rooms were clean.

This property is close to the Flamengo beach area, just a couple of roads to cross, it is in a small side lane, not too busy, has a few small businesses in this road. The hotel appeared to be mainly full of work people, some had work clothes on in the breakfast area. I did not see what I would call tourists. The main reception is quite small for a large hotel, there is nothing there really, except a toilet and a few chairs with PC`s. There is not a great understanding or speaking of english, try to use the room service speaking english, and they will get the reception staff to ring you, or come to your room to take the order, room service food is ok for the price, rooms have a mini bar fridge. No kettle of other facilities to make a drink. Like a coffee in the morning. The worst thing about the hotel, is the noise, constant banging of doors till the early hours, soundproofing is terrible, I had a band staying in the room next to me, and had to complain about the noise. This hotel maybe ok for some, but I would not book there again, the one good point is the breakfast, plenty of choice, and variety, both hot and cold.

Excetuando a Wi-Fi com pouca velocidade, tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Bom quarto, boa cama, boa TV a cabo, tem Netflix e ar condicionado de boa qualidade. Além disso, tem ótima localização, para metrôs, restaurantes e bares. O Room service é bom e tem preços razoáveis.

Muito bom, mas pode melhorar alguns pontos
Ficamos na suíte com hidromassagem, ampla e confortável. Porém a cama era muito pequena, os pés do meu esposo ficaram pra fora. Além disso, havia bastante espaço vazio, poderia ser colocado um apoio para malas, ou um armário, que ficavam em outro ambiente, necessitando que nos deslocássemos toda hora para guardar as coisas. Nos 2 primeiros dias só foi colocado 1 pano de chão, molhava tudo, sendo que o chuveiro e a banheira eram em áreas separadas. Somente no último dia foi oferecido mais um. Havia dois chuveiros, mas somente um tinha água quente. O café da manhã era bom, gostei muito de tudo ser em porções miniatura, por exemplo os pães doces e o pão francês, pois assim conseguimos experimentar mais variedades sem desperdício. Os pontos fracos do café eram que havia apenas suco de laranja natural, os outros eram artificiais. Além disso, o ar condicionado era muito gelado e o café nunca estava muito quente. Mas considerando tudo no geral foi uma boa experiência, ótima localização.

DECEPCIONANTE! 👎
Infelizmente minha estadia nao foi como imaginei, decepção é a palavra! Chegamos as 14h para o check in, o hotel estava sem luz e ninguém sabia o que dizer, aguardamos 40min. Para fazer o check in, depois subimos, ficamos 20min. E saimos, quando voltamos as 17h o hotel estava sem luz denovo, PASMEM! foi informado que o hotel NÃO possui gerador, e MUITO MENOS um eletricista de plantao, ninguém sabia o que falar, deram umas desculpas mentirosas, e a senhora baixinha de oculos e cabelos grisalhos que parecia ser a gerente, debochava de nos desorientados e ainda falou para os agentes da light que estavamos fazendo "quizumba", nós, que pagamos caro para uma diaria e estavamos desde cedo sem luz! Nem um pedido de desculpas ou palavra de conforto recebemos, estava comemorando 7 anos de casada com meu marido, perdemos a reserva do restaurante que iamos, pela falta de luz, responsabilidade, e verdade do hotel! NOTA DÓ!
