Disseram que a reserva não era com ar condicionado, mas o quarto tinha o equipamento sem o controle remoto pra ligar. Não prestei atenção que o quarto não teria ar refrigerado. O período do café da manhã é apenas de 2 horas, de 8 às 10. A maioria das pousadas coloca água e café na recepção para os hóspedes, mas a Giras Sol não oferece nada. Não tinha sabonetes no quarto, tive que pedi na recepção e só deram 1, pra 2 pessoas e o rolo de papel higiênico estava quase no fim e em cima da bancada do lavatório. Só mesmo a localização e a limpeza são os aspectos positivos.

Quando cheguei não tinha água quente,a noite faltou água e só voltou depois do almoço,nem todos os quartos tem Ar condicionado, café da manhã com fraco com poucas opções, recepcionista não fazia esforço pra ajudar,só dizia que ela não sabia como resolver a questão do chuveiro e que teríamos que aguardar o funcionário da noite ,a tv não pega o canal aberto,o funcionário da noite chegou e também não soube resolver as questões,em fim,só decepção.

Estadia no geral satisfatória, com ressalva com a questão da tv que no quarto em que ficamos não funcionou durante os dias em que estávamos hospedados. A ducha é bem forte, excelente; o café da manhã muito bom também; recepcionistas prestativos. O proprietário é bastante simpático e agradável. Como disse, a estadia foi no geral satisfatória, com a ressalva da tv que não funcionou.

Foi um pouco frustrante pois quando fiz a reserva fui informada que o quarto tinha ar condicionado e cortina com blakaut e não tinha. A TV não funcionava e o banheiro tinha um vazamento que ficava encharcado e a água avançava pro quarto.

Péssima experiência
Gostaria de deixar minha indignação com o café da manhã. O dono é uma pessoa sem noção fala alto com os funcionários é muito arrogante, o café da manhã tinha um bolo velho, frutas mamão, melão e banana frutas velha com formigas. suco com sabor de semanas na geladeira 3 qualidade de pão, queijo e presunto fatias contada, não tinha água, nescal acabou.Quando faço uma viajem eu dou muito valor ao café da manhã ainda mais que foi em semana de meu aniversário fiquei 4 dias paguei quase $900,00. o quarto tem um sistema na varanda que acumula água no galão e por eu não deixa a funcionária arrumar o quarto a noite acordei com o quarto cheio de água. Não fomos avisado que teria que esvaziar o tal galão. a localização do Hotel é ótima mais o restante poderia melhorar muito. Eu cheguei a reclamar sobre o café da manhã mais nenhuma providência foi tomada.

Pousada simples, mas muito bem localizada. A única coisa ruim foi que ficamos 3 dias tomando banho de água fria até resolverem o problema. Isso nos deixou estressado e ninguém mostrou interesse em resolver.
