Situated in a historic building in the middle of a beautiful area of historic sites, restaurants, and shopping, very friendly service. Ravenna does not have a strong public transportation network (yet), but everything you could want to see was in walking distance. Very convenient location if you are heading out on a cruise.

Dera at the front desk was absolutely lovely assisting us with changing our booking, giving us information, making reservations for dinner, serving us breakfast, etc! Never have had better service!
