"Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. "We stayed 3 nights. I found the incessant messaging about check in and deposit (over and over even when it was completed) cumbersome. However, once in the apartment it was lovely in a fantastic location with a great view. 2 bed 2 bath. Our only issue is the inability to make the ac cool the common areas and upstairs bedroom. Those got very warm at night and the remote would not lower the temp or increase the fan speed. "
