"The check in staff at the counter Arunima was excellent, I had reached the hotel in morning at 8am. When requested early check in, she was kind enough to accept the same and gave me room in 30 mts. Really appreciate this from Arunima and also Priya the staff at the morning Breakfast was so good at her job, she also gave a farewell cake for me after my breakfast as I was checking out. Highly recommend this hotel"

"Beautiful property with gorgeous trees and garden. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The one problem there we found was that the bar and restaurants were very slow and under-staffed. Spoke with the Food & Bev manager about it and asked him not to criticize the staff just hire more people and organize things better.. Chef Masoom is very talented and Adina was very helpful too. "
