"The property is right in the center of New Delhi with all the government and other big company offices. You just can’t see them because the streets are tree lined. The hotel is gated so you feel safe and secured inside. However when you try to walk outside. It’s a little bit sketchy… homeless people. I tried their spa and it was clean and service is first rate. The only thing is that there is a water drain that emits some smell. Overall, service is great. "

"Excellent hospitality. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Breakfast at Cafe Knosh was the highlight of my stay and the staff made it all the more special. Kudos to Nitin Ratolia for his awesome hospitality and Chef Himanshu for directing his staff to make his speciality items for me during my stay. Special mention for Pankaj at Dilli 32 as well for the one time I had dinner. I definitely plan to stay at this property next time I visit India. I enjoyed every bit of my time despite some initial hurdles at the time of checkin (and minor maintenance issues during the stay that were promptly taken care of though) which was totally overshadowed by wonderful hospitality and friendliness of the staff."
