"The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay! It was about a 40-minute walk to the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside and it was very quick to go downtown that way if you don't have a car. There are hiking paths in the huge park nearby and an excellent restaurant across the street serving Slovenian cuisine. "We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Parking price is on the expensive side for sure, we stayed during low season so breakfast, spa and few other services were limited, but it suited us as we had peace. Location is amazing, 10min walk to Bled Castle (it's a must!), few min walk to any place along the shore of the lake, nice park in front... "

"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset.
