"Biggest complaint was the bed. Being short, the bed was so high it was difficult getting in to the bed. It was also the noisiest bed of any hotel I have ever slept in. Each time you moved during the night the noise was so loud it could have awakened the people in the room next door. The mattress sat on a wooden frame and it sounded like the wood was cracking. Could not get a good nights sleep!"

"Rooms need to be available sooner than 4pm and especially on time not an hour later, after long day of travel! This is the main negative experience i had with this hotel. Otherwise its beautifully decorated, tropical feel. Alittle pricey for the amenities available but Pools were nice and warm, plenty of loungers to enjoy poolside. Security can lighten up alittle as they were pretty rude. I would probably stay here again if the few issues were fixed."

"Both of the guys at the front desk were very friendly (the girl not so much). Smooth check-in and a nice continental breakfast that was included. Two nice pools and jacuzzi. I love the garden and pool area. The front room with the bunkbeds was a bit bleak, but at least the room was clean. "

"Great way to end our extended Key West trip. We had to stay an extra night because of the wild fires. The free drink with resort credit was a perfect way to start the day or night. Staff was very helpful. Shuttle drivers were wonderful. The Italian restaurant around the corner was good. We had an ocean view on the balcony with chairs was a great way to start the day. "

"Pros: We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. The location can't be beat and even though it is right on Duval, our room was pretty quiet! The property gardens are beautiful, tropical, and peaceful. The included continental breakfast is served from 8-10 and is very good - coffee, oj, hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt parfaits, and waffles made to order. Our room was very big, the bed was comfortable, and we had a balcony that was spacious with a nice view of the gardens. ...
