"Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience, the staff were warm and professional, a big factor on making this resort very endearing . This boils down to expectations . The room was wonderful but seems lacking in some basic items like slippers or lotion , staff were doing the daily upkept of the pools but failed to notice the loose floorboard or a used diaper lodged on the faux stone wall.
