Property looks very new and service was amazing! We had a very personalized welcome/arrival experience and were assigned a Concierge, Carolina, who really assisted us on our needs during our stay. That really made a difference and allowed us to make the most of our stay. Everyone went above and beyond. Also, a main fact for choosing this property was that our group of friends wanted to stay together and their suite options provided just that; super spacious and perfect for several guest. We never felt crowded which was great! Would return again for another laid back, all-inclusive, beach holiday.

La estadía fue muy amena y agradable. En cuanto a la comida, el bufet es lo mejor, los demás restaurantes a la carta no ofrecen nada demasiado espectacular. La limpieza de la habitación puede mejorar, especialmente el área de la ducha no estaba limpia. El staff es muy amable. Las facilidades del hotel son muy lindas y bien mantenidas. Solo tiene una piscina pero la misma es grande. En cuanto a entretenimiento, no tiene mucho que ofrecer. Diría que es un hotel bueno para descansar y relajarse. El parque acuático es lo mejor del hotel sin lugar a dudas.

The resort was clean and the staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. Our concierge, Andy, was very responsive and quick to assist. We had a server Juan who was very attentive and always kept the drinks coming. The workers is the kids club, Emmanuel and Lupita were great with our children. Has a lot of great perks and definitely worth a visit.

Amazing experience at this hotel. We went for our wedding anniversary and they made our stay outstanding with their amazing service, food, drinks, etc. Our concierge girls were amazing especially Soribel Garcia, Venecia, Liria, they were on top of all the helpful ones. We just returned from a two-week stay at the hotel, and I wanted to share some thoughts about our experience. The hotel is impressively clean, with highchairs wrapped in cling film and drinks served with straws or in single-use cups – a thoughtful touch that helped keep us healthy. For the first time at an all-inclusive hotel, no one in our family got sick including my 2 year old son! The water park is fantastic, catering to both kids and adults. Although the food is a bit repetitive, the quality is excellent, with delicious burgers as a standout! The staff deserve special recognition for their friendly and attentive service. While I couldn't memorize all their names, I'd like to thank them all for their exceptional attitude. The reception staff were kind and helpful. Lissette Carrasco standing out as an amazing help for all our inquiries. Luis, who made eggs and omelets every day, always had a smile on his face and radiated positive energy – you can really feel his passion for making travelers happy. Domingo was an incredible server, always cheerful, and Rafael and his colleagues crafted great drinks at the bar. Entertainment is fun. Pool and pool bar are open till 11 pm which is great. My experience with spa was exceptional as well Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the resort. The only downside is that the beach isn't very close or easily accessible, especially in the heat. To get there, it's best to go to the reception area and use the carts which is available

The property is beautiful delightful. the only thing I did not like was the restaurant the food was not great! They did not have a great selection of food. Also there was only 2 restaurants open we were there for 6 days and on day one they told us all the restaurants were booked. That’s was very disappointing. which also I did not believe because the resort was empty they are in there low season of travelers.
