Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
There are 100 of better option in Pune better than
Horrible service. My bedroom had cockroach and AC didn't work plus room key malfunctioned and I had to stay out for an hour. Room service staff were really good and helpful however, reception and management sucks

Hotel in itself was good however inspite of confirmed booking, the way staff behaved before check in date and insisted on advance payment left a bad experience. Room was good, nice location but pre check in experience was not good and I expect hotels.com to address it.
