"El conquistador is a private getaway on the East Coast of Puerto Rico. Once there you would not need to leave. They have shops, food, a private island, a water park, and plenty of pools to relax near. The resort is absolutely stunning beautiful. There is not much to do nearby Al conquistador, but if you're looking for a private, quiet trip, this is perfect. If you want more of nightlife, stay near San Juan. "The pool is awesome with plenty of lounge chairs and access to one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen with just pure sand versus rocks and garbage mixed in. It is an expensive place to stay, no doubt about it. You can save money elsewhere, but it was great. (Drinks at the pool run $15 for just a regular sized drink)"

"If only the front desk people will be like Jose, Joel and Carlos, it will be perfect. Everybody from the Cana De Azucar are very helpful and friendly. The only person that is very pleasant is Denise. Both Valerie and Viktoria are not supposed to be working in the front desk as they never seems to like what they are doing. Not smiling nor looking approachable. This hotel can get get a perfect score but didn’t happen because of this 2 CS. Food are great and the free breakfast was amazing. "

"Problems with our A/C that were addressed but it just didn’t seem to help. Great little coffee shop/bakery on property. Lots of construction made area noisy. Portions of hotel not open due to this construction improvements they are doing. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Room cleaning was always late afternoon just about when you are wanting to shower and freshen up for the evening."

"The front desk is way at the end of the hotel hotel under construction front desk should’ve been centered in the main lobby they had a cashiers office that had zero purpose but yet had a line of people in front of it because the front desk was too far away …… very friendly staff though!"
