"The property was conveniently located next to the bus station and the staff was great. The units are designed nicely, but do not have all of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay to include a shower mat, water doesn’t stay warm for long, cutting knives, bottle opener, etc. For the amount asking these should be provided. "The place was just not very nice, rugs were old and dirty the chairs were stained, no cable TV and not worth the price. The only positive was the location. Expedia however was wonderful they went out of their way to get missing glasses and utensils, had the rugs removed and ordered an extensive cleaning and offered to move us or a discount which we accepted. "Excellent home to stay in San Miguel. The rooftop views are amazing. The heated pool at the patio was great, and the house is just a quick trip into Centro. There are free shuttles in the community that can take you to the center and back which was very convenient for us. The community is quiet and there's always security. It's a great option to visit San Miguel. The HOLT staff was always responsive and very professional. I would definitely come back."

"We had no hot water during our entire stay and after they tried to fix it the hot water pipe burst and flooded the entire apartment. After the pipe was fixed late the next day we still didn’t have hot water, extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that the owners and Expedia would allow a property and experience like ours to happen without compensation. We will never stay here again, which is shame because the neighborhood is really nice. "

"The place was in a truly disgusting state. My wife cleaned the floor with a broom when we got there which took an hour. There was hair and dirt. The shower mats were filled with hair too. There were ants as well in the kitchen area. The old man who greeted us was nice and friendly, but this place was in no condition for guests. "The property is beautiful, looks even better in person. Furniture and decoration is nice, beds confortable, overall a good place to come back after a day/night in town. Location is about 10 min. ride in car to city center, not a deal breaker but impprtant to keep in mind. "Artistic small hotel in the center of the town. The room was kept clean every day, the rooms are large. I really would rexommend this hotel. They do give free bottles of water but it might be more helpful to have water in the common area that guests can help themselves to and refill water bottles to."
