"Beautiful, well maintained grounds and excellent service. Every encounter with the staff from the reception desk, to the restaurant and hotel room was a pleasant experience. We travelled with families and rented three premium treehouse and all kids and adults loved it. Waking up to the sound of tweeting birds was the best good morning. We loved the peace and quiet and did not mind that it was 25 mins from La Fortuna or took longer to get to Arenal area. The free breakfast was delicious and lunch dinner (same menu) were generous portions. Will definitely come back again. We saw three sloths near the petting zoo and another in the hiking area. This was hands down our favorite hotel"

"This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed at the Frog house for three nights, two adults and two teens. The staff was super helpful both, before and during the trip. They kindly answered a ton of questions as I was preparing for the trip, helped book activities, organized transport from airport. Breakfast was wonderful - a different, delicious meal every morning, with fresh fruits and juices. Tea or coffee delivered to your cabin every morning is a very nice touch. Staff is very kind and attentive. There are really nice trails on the property, we saw sloths, monkeys and many beautiful birds. There are a couple of rescued dogs that live at the property, they are super sweet, greet guests, play with kids, even go on hikes with guests. I would also recommend activities offered through the Tree Houses. We did an all-day adventure with Juan Carlos and learned so much about Costs Rica’s animals and plants, saw a lot of wildlife and just had an amazing experience. He is very knowledgeable and patient, allowed us to go at our own pace and enjoy the things we wanted to do the most. I would also highly recommend visiting Proyecto Asis for both, sloth tour and/or wildlife tour. We did both. These people are doing wonderful work supporting wildlife. Very informative and engaging at the same time. We loved absolutely everything about this place, they exceeded all of our expectations. "The property was as described. Breakfast was 3 different choices daily with fruit. It’s all very tasty. Our room was quite spacious and I honestly enjoyed that style although some Complained a waste of Space. We also had a daily inclusive access to a hot spring 0.7 miles away. Enrique was our primary host who was attentive and accommodating. "

"We stayed in one of the A framed villa. We loved the private plunge pool and all the amenities that were provided at this villa. At the time we stayed there were only seven villas. Very clean and the villa looked to be new. Upstairs in the master suite there is a king sized bed. All the pillows and beds were comfortable and the pull out couch was overall comfy for our son. Big kitchen and refrigerator. There is even a small mini fridge and a sink up stairs in the master bedroom. Tiled showers are beautiful and nice had a good flow and good maintained temperature."
