"Comfortable and clean"

"Rooms are always great, but 3 out of 3 times there was no one at the desk when I checked in. Door was locked and I was stuck out in -11 for 5+ minutes and they didn't even answer their phone."

"I always stay here. The rooms are clean, and even though it's right on the highway, it seems to always be quiet. Check in is easy and I've never had an issue with parking. Lots of restaurant options close by."

"We stayed there for one night. The room was really clean, smelled new (recent renos) We also brought our German Shepherd, who was well behaved. The toilet did splash up over the rim when you flushed it, so we made sure to close the lid each time, but there was really no water in the bowl, perhaps less than 1/2 cup, then it would erupt when flushed, but honestly not a big deal. The heat was off (-20) but we figured out how to turn it on ourselves. The thermostat was fine, it was the heat...
