"Very quaint, rustic property. The cottages give you a feeling of being out in a cabin but are almost in the heart of Prescott historical district . We stayed in cottage #11. The cottages are old, but the cottage was maintained to keep that woodsy feel. There was a "wood" stove in the living room for chilly evenings and an air conditioner for the warm days. "Be patient with property manager she is short staffed and is doing everything on her own. Communicate with her before making reservations with Expedia she doesn't live in property and they close at 8 pm so out of respect for her be there no later than 730 pm so she can get home to get her family. She works 7 days a week from 8 am -8pm. Communication is key prior to your arrival. "
