"Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. Pillows weren’t the comfiest, woke up with a neck...
