"Multi story carpark within a 12 minute walk - slight discount for hotel stayers, very friendly staff, comfortable beds(!!) ! The only suggestion I may pop across, is to sound proof the room windows on the ‘ground floor’ (floor under the reception floor) I think they may be single glazed?"

Was nice to come back to the hotel after a busy day, to find mulled wine and mince pies for guests to help their selves to. The grass market area is lovely and close to most attractions. The staff were friendly and catered to our needs. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Stayed here a couple of times now, both times were great both in high season and low. Comfy, safe bedrooms, amazing staff. Perfect location. Low season they were doing Reno’s on the bathroom which was annoying but easy enough to use a different floors bathroom"
