"I really enjoyed my stay, coffee machines not working in breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. My friend paid the same room rate for same type room but didn’t get the same facilities as me in the room. Breakfast was good but once on the plate it went cold quickly. Plenty of choice. Easy walking distance of princes street, trams and busses. I have stayed before and I didn’t enjoy it. 2nd chance and it was really good for cost and I will book again. "
