Lovely views of the ocean and the city from the grounds and the room (for the seaview room at least). Great location (2 min walk to the Historic Center), lovely pool, friendly and helpful staff, steady internet. Recommend!

The hotel is located within the historical city of Porto Seguro and at a walkable distance to the city centre or few minutes by car. It offers excellent installations and serves very good breakfast to guests. The room is very comfortable

The property is around the corner of the Historic Center, a beautiful place that must be visited. NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HOTEL: there is a R$4.00 reais fee charged for each tower one takes to use in the pool area. This service should not be charged and if so, it should be told at the check in and shown at the Expedia reservation page. The staff at the front desk are impolite and need to be better trained for problem solve. If you complain about anything, the become upset. The towers for the bed rooms are old and uncomfortable. There is no shower cap.

I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. It’s not your traditional resort but sure it meets the needs to enjoy Porto Seguro. I love stuff members, everyone very charismatic and helpful, especially the front desk Sabrina. Location is great even if you don’t have a car, you can just call an Uber. Is very close to city town, near passarela do álcool end all the night life and restaurants. The only down side is they don’t carry an iron in each room, and if you need to get a clothe iron they will do it for you at a charge. This was the only downside for me, but I guess this is a trend in the area. I will definitely stay again.

Tem potencial e estrutura pra ser um ótimo hotel, mas encontra-se em condiçÔes de muita falta de manutenção. Quarto sem ventilação alguma cheirando a mofo. Piscina mal cuidada e precisando de manutenção, com teto do que deveria ser um bar molhado todo mofado. Quadras de areia sem cuidado algum, com pedras e pouquíssima areia.

Parte externa incrível, bastante espaço, boa localização, próximo ao centro e restaurantes. Atendimento dos funcionårios são ótimos, serviço de quarto OK, porém o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, instalaçÔes antigas, banheiro sem box e espelho mal cuidado. Ar condicionado funcionando bem, tv não pega todos os canais, chuveiro algumas vezes durante a manhã a ågua sai gelada.

Pelo valor achei justo. Hotel com uma vista linda, com uma årea externa muito boa, piscina ótima. Porém o quarto deixa a desejar. Pouca iluminação, lùmpadas sem ascender e as que acendiam iluminaram pouco. Quartos bem antigos, cheiro de mofo. Meu filho passou mal desde que chegou. Água do banheiro era uma demora para vir quente e quando vinha era cheia de picos quentes e outros frios. Por ser um hotel praiano e com piscina, deveria ter no quarto um local para pendurar roupas molhadas e isso não tinha. Eles oferecem um serviço de lavanderia, não cheguei a consultar valores . No geral pelo que paguei acho que estå bom
