The property has recently partnered with a program housing people. I have no problem with that, however, as a result, a lot of the doors on the property are broken, the area itself has gotten more unsafe, and while checking out (no more than 5 minutes after I arrived), I saw a domestic abuse altercation. Additionally, the bed was dirty, and the one towel provided to the room was just left on the bathroom floor. The front desk lady was wonderful, and none of this was even remotely her fault, but this is a situation I am trying to get a refund for, as I felt so unsafe, I simply left and booked another hotel.

I slipped and fell on the wooden ramp, badly injuring my knee because it wasn't treated and there was no sign put up. Also, no one answered the phone so I could figure out where the shuttle was. I ended up spending $25 on a lyft...and when the person saw me in the lobby they just shrugged.

There was garbage everywhere and the hallways smelled like pot. First room only had 1 bed and I’d reserved 2. Second room, the key card wouldn’t work than when the employee opened it, it was occupied. Than the third room was ok. There was a hole in the wall and shower was hard to turn on. There was shady looking people roaming the area and the hallways. I was so relieved the next morning to get out of there.

Horrible experience here. The “shuttle service” wouldn’t answer when I tried to get through to them from the airport. On my way back home, I scheduled a shuttle service in person and they no showed me almost making me late to my flight. Place is dirty and sketchy . Rooms smell like smoke and there is definitely drugs on the property. Stay away from this place. I wouldn’t even stay here for free.

What an absolute dump, but the guy at the front desk was great and helpful. The building my room was in was disgusting and reeked of smoke immediately upon entering. The room itself was updated and cleaner, but the bed was gross smelling and it sagged so badly in the middle I'd swear the frame was broken. Went to shower in the morning and the water didn't turn on at all (there was a hole cut in the shower surround exposing the plumbing, clearly an issue). Avoid this dump at all costs. Cheap for a reason. I should have just slept in my car. I'm 47 and this might be the 2nd or 3rd online review I've ever written, I feel that strongly about encouraging people to avoid this place.

The property appears to be run down. The room had toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom when I arrived and a very limited amount on the roll with no spare. The staff when I checked in was nice and helpful. There was no staff to be found during check out. The breakfast area was dirty and not appealing.

It was quite a terrible experience. Our room appeared to be clean, but had multiple stains on the carpet the sink, the flooring, the bedsheets, the beds, and the ceiling had cobwebs. All of around 9 PM we had a young woman come to our door knocking who appeared to be unhoused. We did not open the door or interact in anyway, but she was persistent for about five minutes. She then gave up and left. Around 1 AM we got woken up by more knocking, this time by a man claiming to be front desk, asking us to open the door. He kept knocking about five more times. We found this ridiculous and did not interactive nor did we open the door. Throughout the entire night, we kept hearing steps in the hallway and running and talking. Overall, we felt very unsafe.

No screens on windows, Lady fell or was pushed out of 3rd story window above us (thinking domestic fight possibly) rushed off on a stretcher, cig smell and burns on comforter in our Non Smoking room. Only give 1 key even wirh 2 ppl booked, Shower did not work on bath, also the remote controls didnt work for tv. Wierd person knocking on ourvroom dootvabout midnight aski g for someone (wrong room) Dont respond whwn u call desk, put on hold and ignored.
