"Great convenient hotel located in the heart of Oporto. It is very close to São Bento Station and you can walk to many places from there. Our room was very nice, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The shower was being weird with the water temperature, and the hotel can be quite noisy if you are in the first floors. Breakfast is amazing. Very good food options, quality, and great coffee. Overall, an excellent deal for a budget friendly stay. "

"Everything was wonderful except that it did mot feel like there was much recognition of VIP status. No bottles of wine were offered or room upgrade. We had to argue for the room we orginally paid for and also we were downgraded for the end of our stay. It felt like we paid a lot of money ($450/nt) to not be treated like anything special. $450 is a lot of momey in Portugal. or anywhere..it was disappointing. All the staff were wonderful! The very central location was awesome and made the days easy. Such a short walk to the river, churches, the market, everything! Great hotel!"
