"Kasa was so helpful, friendly and welcoming during the check in process and allocated me a fabulous room in my favourite part of the property where I can see my favourite body boarding reef. I feel completely safe in the hotel and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The staff at Momosan are too and their food is delicious. The hotel is in a great location for all beach activities, walking, shopping and dining. The Go Green housekeeping initiative is a terrific idea. It's impossible not to feel relaxed and happy when staying at the Alohilani. That was my 6th stay and I'll be back for more as long as they maintain their very high standards of customer service. "Quiet and beautiful scenery with the ocean view. Close (10min walk) to the largest outdoor mall with lots of dining options. Conveniently located 30 min walk from excursions. Breakfast was ok but lots of choices. Check in took longer than expected. Concierge staff and cleaning staff were the best! "
