"This was a good location. I stayed here with my mom. We found it convenient to walk into downtown from the hotel. I was happy that there was free off street parking. Access is a little tight, and our satnav was essential to finding it but it is good to have parking right behind. "This does appear to have once been a grand hotel, but it has since been neglected. While the entrance area and staircase still look impressive, the room was in poor repair, with a dated 1980s/90s feel. However, it was spacious, with a Nespresso coffee machine and two BBC English channels. The breakfast room was grim and the food average. Overall, too expensive for the poor quality. The hotel desperately needs money spending on it."

"I’ve been coming to Le Brittany since I was a little girl, and although the hotel has changed a lot, what’s not changed is the friendly welcome you always get from the staff. The hotel is very close to the ferry port so it’s a perfect place to stay if you arrive late from the ferry or have an early departure. It’s a great base to explore Roscoff from and it’s easy to stroll into the town from the hotel. One of my highlights is the buffet breakfast, so many local delights to try! "
