Plaue Trip

Everything at the property was great. I did get my room upgraded however never received my bottle of wine and being that I came alone it would have been nice to enjoy

There is no air conditioning and they do not share this. I assumed a high end hotel would have air conditioning. They told us to open our window and turn off the unit in our room. One of our windows would not stay open so we used a towel to hold the window up. My son wanted ice water and the front desk was rude when I came down with the ice bucket to look for ice. The front desk was also rude and not helpful when I ask for assistance with booking a ride to the airport bc there was the half marathon there that Sunday and blocking the streets around the hotel. The bar staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The manager on staff was also very helpful. We had higher expectations for the the hotel.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel in Little Italy/China Town. Friendly staff! Short walk to Subway stations. A great area to stay away from the insanity of Times Square. I highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Wall Street hotel. The entire staff is amazing. The hotel is in a great location to explore the city or Brooklyn Eddie, the attendant was so accommodating and fabulous. The beds were super comfy, and we loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The bar area was cozy and the cocktails were on point. We will be returning

Early check in available, lobby was always clean and smelled nice. Staff friendly. Location near local restaurants/bars in walking distance.
