"The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do. "Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. "The views are amazing. We loved the balcony and the daily sounds of the horses on the street below. The apartment was adequate, but could use some care. The staff were friendly. We loved playing billiards that were available. Close to hiking. Our only regret is that the pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities were not available because of the time of year we visited. Nevertheless, a great and inexpensive place to stay."

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. "

"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."
