Right from Bharat (at entrance) Sonali (at check in) Kishan, Pawan, Gaurav, Ayush and Uday (cart driver) paid attention to every detail and made us feel welcomed. Location of the hotel is spot on. Great place to stay in Udaipur if you want view of the lake and easy access to the city. Their food is great too, would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel was v good. Reception were courteous and helpful. View from the rooftop restaurant was unmatched. Food and staff on our first night were excellent, opening up the raised viewpoint for us to take drinks and get closer to the view. Breakfast however was disappointing - not a Buffett on the first morning, no menu and limited offering. 2nd morning better but fell short of our first nights experience. Would defo choose this hotel just for the view "
