Check in was easy and the lady at the counter was very nice. The room itself is spacious and comes with a full size kitchen space, although we didn’t stay long enough to utilize it. Surfaces could be cleaner but nothing too crazy to note.

The shower head barely worked and for being a handicap accessible room the shower head kept slipping down which meant I needed to contort my bidy to use it. The bed was only10 inches off the ground making it difficult to get in and out of bed being so low to the ground! The staff was nice but property needs some maintenence and normal bed height!

My second stay was as great as my first thanks in part to a great staff led by Rachel and Theresa who are the best! Great rooms,great service,great location for groceries and quiet respectful neighbors all around. Each room is your own private oasis and I have never had a single problem. Just joy in this world Sonesta Suites has created for us. Once again, thank you for everything! You continue to be the best in the west!. And your front desk can’t be beat!

The absolute worst stay anywhere in my life. The noise levels were insane. If you can’t get a good nights sleep, nothing else about a hotel matters. It’s like there was a party going on all night and even the morning. Loud music, thumping, furniture being moved. Absolutely awful, I will never stay at another Sonesta.
