"This may be considered a two-star hotel but it comes with 5-star customer service. The room seemed newly renovated and was clean. Although Wi-Fi was a bit choppy to begin, they got it fixed. What was absolutely amazing however was the stellar customer service at the front desk. "

"The Clarendon Hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel has a GEM of a restaurant, The Azlin! We enjoyed a memorable dinner of flavorful food, then had a nice soak in the sizeable hot tub. The only problem we had was the toilet in our room had a wonky flusher. We resorted to removing the lid and flushing it by lifting the rubber flapper. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "
