"Every aspect was great 👍 Only problem we were not notified of renovations going on. The club and the spa was being renovated and this was a bit letdown for us. "

"Property is well kept, great location and convenient access to transportation. Helpfull and attentive staff. Food quality at the buffet restaurat, althought not bad, was not at par with the expectations generated by the type/level of the facility. That said, room service is good, and there are other high end, very good restaurants in the hotel complex that will not dissapoint. "

"A bit messy and rude people(customers) in restaurant. Otherwise, we are all pleased with friendly service and hospitality of all staffs. Housekeeping was also very kind. "

"The biggest advantage of staying at Aloft KL was the convenience for using public transportation- MRT, LRT etc.. The hotel is connected to the KL Sentral station and a mall. From the airport I took the Klia Express to KL Sentral to get to Aloft and there are visible signs at the station to get to the hotel without leaving the stn.. The train to Batu Caves can also be accessed at KL stn.. Breakfast options were great from eggs to local cuisine and a variety of small pastries. The room was clean...

"Fabulous hotel in a great area. shopping and restaurants in the area all walking distance. Hop on hop off bus stop for a great cheap tour and transport around the city area. The room was very comfortable, large room, large bed, large bathroom. Modern and clean. We had access to executive lounge with our booking and found the ‘happy hour’ drinks and snacks amazing. The staff were professional and friendly and very helpful. Our 2nd stay here , this stay was even better than the first. We will come...

"Great location. If booking a Tower view then try and request a higher floor as they will have even better views. You can get to the Towers without ever really having to go outside which helps when it's bad weather. "
