"The property is linked to the One Utama Shopping mall which have heaps of dinning option. Although the property room are a bit aged and old. Showers temperature was hard to be adjusted...either too hot or too cold and water pressure wasn't good. Overall service was good. "

"This is a well appointed hotel that is centrally located. The rooms were large and comfortable and the gym and swimming pool were exceptional . There were a number of restaurants and the quality of food was excellent. All in all a very positive experience and I would return. "

"Firstly, there is no proper counter or contact person upon check in. No microwave, No proper cooking utensils. Aircon water leaked in master room. Even placed washing powder on the table top without indication and all of us mistook it as sugar. Difficulties for Grab driver to locate the Tower B2. "

"Very convenient location for a early morning flight I’d appreciate better information regarding breakfast room and that there’s food stations outside also. Please consider turning on AC in the gym, since it gets very hot and stale air otherwise! The colour of the tapwater when putting water in the bathtub, was not so nice! I enjoyed lovely staff and service, the excellent tapbeer and live music by the pool! "
