Although we encountered a minor issue during check-in, it did not lessen our overall enjoyment. "We, a group of 5, booked 2 Club Grand Rooms but got upgraded to 2 Suites on Christmas Day, overnight stay. Initially delighted for the upgrades, only later excited to be in the spacious room with 2 toilets and a BIG bath (must experience). The services on the Club Floor was the best in all branded hotel names. For breakfast, I would go to the 6th floor where your needs would be catered for. ENJOY!"
