We didn't eat in the dining room as it was very busy but crossed the road to a restaurant clearly popular with the locals where I enjoyed the best Cafe Gourmand of my life, for a very reasonable price. "No washcloths, no coffee second day, coffee maker worked poorly, food was left in microwave, rules for using kitchenware was extra charges if not cleaned and put away. No dish liquid soap provided. We did not need kitchenette and when reserving online did not indicate it. Can't call front dedk with room phone had to use cell phone.No shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer button had to be held down entire time. I would not recommend this hotel. Made for not a perfect vacation. "

"I love the ambience, kind staff. The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel.
