"We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. "

"Beautiful property, exemplary service. The hotel does a lot of little things to make your stay special. Private traditional dance at check in, free evening snacks and tea, free sunset cruise and cultural entertainment. Don't think twice....book it.... Cons: Limited dining options outside the hotel. Do"
