"This is a lovely place once you find it - it’s a bit off the beaten track. Nice gardens and setting but nobody there. The housekeeper met us as we arrived at midday but she didn’t know which room we were supposed to be in so sent us away and said check in was at 2. Our room was big enough with nice bathroom and separate terrace which opened onto the garden and pool area. Another couple arrived about 8.30 the following night and nobody was there to meet them. "when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"
