Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Hell hole
the hotel / hell hole is on the 4th floor of a commercial building, the area is very congested & filthy the lift was not working, the reception area was very tiny & very very dirty the whole experience was so bad that we checked out at 6pm itself and went to another hotel for the night, despite having paid for it the hotel was rated as 2 star, I would not even rate it as minus-2 the web-portal should actually refund my money
