Special thanks to Ben on Club Level who was so kind, always remembered our names, and gave great birthday suggestions (kayaking in the mangroves was amazing!) and our lovely cleaner Cece who was so helpful with everything we needed in the room. Everyone was warm, kind and professional. A great stay and look forward to returning!"
