La visita fue placentera. La mayoría de los trabajadores son amables y respetuosos. Sin embargo la gran mayoría son muy serios. No sonríen. Sus expresiones faciales o corporales no invitan al huésped a dirigirse a ellos. Creo que pudieran tener un mejor ánimo a la hora de atender al huésped. Decir “buenos días” o “buenas noches”, no cuesta nada. Los porteros fueron todos muy amables. Pero el staff de la recepción pudo haberlo hecho mucho mejor. El staff del restaurante fue mas o menos. El único que siempre saludaba y atendía con buena disposición fue el señor Diego. Excelente atención. Volvería a visitar? Si. Pero ojalá pudieran mejorar la calidad de socialización y expresión corporal. Una sonrisa, no cuesta nada.

It’s in a safe area and convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping centers. The buffet breakfast has a variety of options and fruits are fresh. Most of the staff are friendly but the service at the executive lounge wasn’t impressive.
