The stay was excellent. The staff were very good. The notable staff in dining and restaurant was Pierre, Thy & Sega. They did make us feel relaxed and catered to. Overall the stay was good. The Wifi selection is something that needs to be improved. The hotel provides hi speed wifi at a charge and this is not clearly evident during selection. Also the tax charges which will be charged have to be made evident during check in.

Terrible service . Rooms not checked for air and heat thermostats, fridge not replaced which was not working trill the last night , charges to my credit card totally messed up from check in to check out . Returned to this property after 8 years. Will not come back . My son’s room TV did not work inspite of repeated requests to fix. Why are the rooms not checked out before assigning to guests . No compensation received inspite of a request.

J ai eu une intervention à la clinique Sté Geneviève et j ai choisi Marriott 14em pour ma convalescence. J ai été choyée par le personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable . L emplacement est parfait près de tous les fameuses brasseries , les cinémas, les théâtres. Le petit supermarché a 50 mètres la pharmacie à 200 m et la station de taxi devant l entrée de l hôtel apporte un confort absolu ! Je recommande vivement ce Marriott 14em ... Le restaurant r Yves de l hôtel , délicieux.

少し古いが部屋が広くて快適なホテル
少し設備は古めですが、最低限のアメニティも揃っていて清潔感もあり、部屋もベッドも広くて快適に滞在することが出来ました。スーパーも直ぐ近くにあり、今回はメトロを利用することは無かったですが駅も近くて、タクシーでもどこに行くのも思っていたより時間がかからず便利でした。 朝食はアメリカンタイプで、滞在中に内容がほとんど変わることは無かったですが、パリのホテルにしては種類も多くて美味しかったです。 他の部屋の水を流す音が聞こえたり、シャワーの水圧が弱かったことや、フロントで言えばペットボトルの水がもらえるのですが1日だけ水が今日は無いと言われた対応に疑問を感じたことはありましたが、それ以外はほとんど問題なく快適に過ごせました。

Rive Gauche Marriott
I had stayed here once before with a tour group. We found a good price and decided to stay again. My wife got very ill with a virus(?) while eating at a nearby restaurant. One of the servers helped us back to the hotel and from there the staff at the hotel was amazing. They had a paramedic check on us, along with staff. Then called a doctor to come check her out. He came at a little after midnight and gave her some meds and prescription. This was absolutely above and beyond. They have won us over forever.
