"This was our first time staying at this hotel and we would definitely recommend and stay here again ourselves. The room was very clean (although small by Canadian standards) and had a wonderful view. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was a hit after long days of walking- the hotel is very close to a metro station, which is also very easy to use. "

"The hotel overall was good. No AC so we had to keep our windows open and the noise street side was constant. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and so was the staff. However our room turnover was somewhat lacking. Didn’t replace towels, shampoo or toilet paper as we went through it. Kind of strange for a 5-star hotel. Usually turned over to be fully replaced or topped up. I’d definitely book again but hope the little hiccups we experienced was a one off."

"This hotel is very convenient for those travelling through Gare de Nord and Gare d'Est as it is situated between the two. It is easy to find on leaving the stations and the facade is clean and well maintained in a busy area of Paris. It makes a good base to explore the rest of Paris from as well. I stayed one night at this lovely hotel and wish it had been longer. It is clean, comfortable and felt very safe as a lone woman traveller. "Our suite was huge and had a gorgeous window with a lovely view. The hotel could have been cleaner (if it was we would rate 5 out of 5) and our room smelt of smoke a bit but the location was great and the staff and facilities where superb!"

"There is a great view of the Eiffel Tower from the front door of this property. There are very easy restaurants and bakeries to walk to from this hotel. It's very easy to get to the Metro from this hotel. It's also very easy to walk to the Arc De Triumph from this hotel. They clean the room everyday and make the beds. Our room is very spacious and accommodated five people very easily. The hotel was very enjoyable and just needs some fine touch ups with hard to clean spots in the room. "
