I really love this property. The staff are so friendly and the manager is awesome. The vibe isn’t ‘corporate’ or fussy. The other guests seem mellow too. The rooms are stunning and well designed. I love that you hear the sound of the waves crashing on a divine black sand beach. The restaurant is fab. And the highlight is the show. I’ll be back.

It’s not the quality of the Sofitel, Hyatt or Intercontinental but nice enough for an airport layover in Papeete. Sadly I must say say that a large cockroach was in the room which I terminated and I floundered another in my luggage when I arrived in NZ!

There was no dinner at the time, I missed the reason. And no tea or coffee making facilities in room I thought was standard now. It's at least a 5 or 10min walk to anywhere. I had had weather do didnt get to snorkel out front which looked awesome.

"Great location for the ferry or the cruise pier. Close to the main market and most stores. Modern hotel, clean and very spacious room, great wifi. Only downside was the elevator that was very busy especially in the evening because of the restaurant and bar at the top floors."

"Great property on the beach, make sure to bring water shoes as the coral is sharp and is mixed in the sand. This property is close to everything worth seeing and about 20 mins from the ferry dock and 30 mins from the airport."
